Job summary

Plutus21 is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the development of a medical device across hardware, optics, software, imaging, systems engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical and manufacturing workstreams.

You will own the integrated program plan and engineering operations processes supporting development, testing and early manufacturing, including BOMs, configuration records, inventory, and procurement coordination, with design controls and design history file oversight.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of technical program management or engineering operations experience.
• Degree in engineering, science or other technical field preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary hardware and software products and complex schedules.
• Hands-on BOM, configuration, change control, inventory and material planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated development plan with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, manage risk logs and drive blockers to closure.
• Coordinate prototype builds, software releases, testing campaigns and clinical activities.
• Maintain development and released bills of materials and supplier info.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on schedule and documentation.
• Maintain build configurations, software versions and deviations.
