Job summary

Plutus21 Capital, L.L.C. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the development of a medical device across hardware, optics, software, imaging, systems engineering, quality, regulatory and manufacturing workstreams.

The role owns the integrated program plan and supports design controls, change management and manufacturing transfer, with on-site and remote collaboration and quarterly travel to the US office.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Degree in engineering, science or another technical field preferred.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary hardware and software products and integrated schedules.
• Hands-on BOM, configuration, change control and material planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated development plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, maintain risk logs and drive blockers to closure.
• Coordinate prototype builds, integration, software releases, test campaigns and clinical activities.
• Maintain development and released BOMs with part numbers, revisions, supplier info and drawings.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on schedules, suppliers and inventory.
• Maintain build configuration records and software versions.
• Track stock, locations, allocations, orders, shortages and inventory checks.
• Coordinate quotations, purchase requests, orders and supplier follow-up within budgets.
• Maintain design and development records, coordinate design reviews and ensure traceability.
• Support controlled-document workflows and training records under quality/regulatory.
• Provide leadership updates on progress, risks and material readiness.
• Coordinate with on-site staff on inventory and build records.
