Job summary

Plutus21 is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate a medical device development across hardware, optics, software, imaging, and regulatory workstreams. You will own the integrated program plan, manage design controls, and drive open items to closure while collaborating with quality, regulatory, and manufacturing teams.

The role may be performed remotely with overlap in Eastern Time and requires quarterly travel to the US office; travel may occur around critical milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field preferred.
• 5–10 years in technical program management, engineering operations or related roles.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary hardware and software products with complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated development plan with milestones, owners, dependencies and target dates.
• Lead cross-functional reviews, document decisions and drive issues to closure.
• Coordinate prototype builds, software releases, tests and lab/clinical activities.
• Maintain BOMs, part numbers, revisions and supplier information with engineering leads.
• Track changes, impact on schedules and documentation; ensure traceability from requirements to test evidence.
