Job summary

Plutus21 is seeking a Technical Program Manager to coordinate the development of a medical device across hardware, optics, software, imaging, systems engineering, quality, regulatory and manufacturing workstreams.

The role owns the integrated program plan and the engineering operations processes that support development, testing and early manufacturing, including BOMs, configuration records, inventory and purchasing coordination.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in technical program management, engineering operations or related role.
• Degree in engineering, science or technical field preferred.
• Experience managing hardware and software products with integrated schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated development plan with milestones, owners and dependencies.
• Lead meetings, document decisions, manage risks and drive items to closure.
• Coordinate prototype builds, software releases, tests and clinical activities.
• Maintain BOMs, part numbers, revisions and supplier info with engineering leads.
• Coordinate engineering changes and assess impact on schedules and inventory.
• Track configurations, software versions and deviations; manage stock and records.
• Coordinate quotations, purchase requests and supplier follow-up within budgets.
