Huge is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to enhance the global Talent Operations team with a focus on Colombia. You will ensure data accuracy, enrollment, onboarding, payroll, benefits and leave administration, reporting to the Talent Operations Lead.

Role requires coordinating with external providers, maintaining HRIS dashboards, and ensuring regulatory compliance across Colombia. You will report to the Talent Operations Lead and contribute to scalable programs and initiatives.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience across onboarding, payroll, benefits & perks, and leave administration.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery and effectiveness of core HR processes across employee life-cycle: onboarding, offboarding, leave management, benefits orientation and payroll communications.
• Update and maintain dashboards and HRIS with employee data.
• Organize and execute onboarding orientation items including benefits.
