You will source candidates via LinkedIn and job boards, review resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain accurate pipelines to ensure a timely, professional

Formación

• Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing.
• Ability to manage full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate selection.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment channels.
• Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments in English.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment pipelines.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.
