Formación

• 4+ years in talent acquisition, data analytics, or operations.
• Proficient in SQL and advanced spreadsheets for data extraction.
• Experience designing recruitment dashboards.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Extract and analyze recruitment data using SQL and advanced spreadsheets to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain recruitment dashboards for real-time KPI visibility.
• Partner with leadership to streamline sourcing pipelines and improve recruitment ROI.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of talent acquisition funnels to support workforce planning.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS for high-quality reporting.
