• Extract and analyze recruitment data using SQL and advanced spreadsheets to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain recruitment dashboards for real-time KPI visibility.
• Partner with leadership to streamline sourcing pipelines and improve recruitment ROI.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of talent acquisition funnels to support workforce planning.
• Ensure data integrity in ATS for high-quality reporting.

TA Operations Analyst at BairesDev

As a TA Operations Analyst, you will empower our recruitment engine by transforming complex datasets into actionable strategic insights. You will drive operational excellence by optimizing hiring workflows and ensuring our talent acquisition strategies are rooted in data-driven precision.

What You’ll Do

• Extract and analyze recruitment data using SQL and advanced spreadsheets to identify trends and process bottlenecks.
• Design and maintain comprehensive recruitment dashboards to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Partner with talent acquisition leadership to streamline sourcing pipelines and improve overall recruitment ROI.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis into talent acquisition funnels to support strategic workforce planning and data-informed decision-making.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within our applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain high-quality reporting standards.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, data analytics, or operations roles.
• Proven expertise in SQL and advanced spreadsheets for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience optimizing talent acquisition workflows and managing candidate pipelines.
• Ability to build recruitment dashboards and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
