BairesDev is seeking an Analytics Engineer to design modular dbt models and transform raw data into analytics-ready tables. You will implement SQL-based transformations with testing and version control, working with stakeholders to document robust data models.

You will optimize dbt projects for performance and cost in a modern cloud data warehouse, ensuring high test coverage and clear model documentation. This is a remote, globally distributed role requiring strong English.

Formación

• 4+ years in Analytics/Data/Software Engineering.
• Expert in transforming data with dbt: models, tests, doc.
• Strong SQL and data modeling in modern data warehouses.
• English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop modular dbt models to create analytics-ready tables and views.
• Apply software engineering practices: version control and automated testing for SQL transformations.
• Collaborate with data stakeholders to define robust data models and business logic.
• Optimize dbt projects for performance and cost-efficiency in the cloud data warehouse.
• Maintain data platform integrity with high test coverage and clear model documentation.
