Formación

• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable using tools like Postman or curl to reproduce and debug issues.
• Ability to read and write workable code in languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby.
• Proficiency in SQL for data investigation.
• Experience in technical support or software engineering.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle first-level technical support tickets.
• Participate in a nighttime on-call rotation for urgent issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve customer experience.
• Work on internal tooling and process improvements.
• Provide accurate documentation of support cases.
• Identify recurring issues and propose preventive solutions.

Conocimientos

High proficiency in English

Experience with Postman or curl

Readable code in Python, TypeScript, or Ruby
