Brandtech+ is seeking a Studio Manager to join a global, AI‑driven creative operation. You will own capacity planning, resource allocation, and utilization, coordinating with on‑site and remote teams to meet client needs.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Resource Manager in an advertising or staffing agency setting.
• Experience sourcing/recruiting in a creative environment (design, production, account roles).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work with all levels of staff and freelancers.

Responsabilidades

• Source and screen top talent for open roles within networks and industry knowledge.
• Manage and triage resource requests; allocate resources accurately and on time.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates from the freelance pool for skill and culture fit.
• Screen referrals and build relationships with referred talent.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and discipline leads.
• Negotiate freelance rates and terms to ensure win‑win agreements.
• Support freelance onboarding and ensure a seamless start for new talent.
• Collaborate to develop best practices for resource management and processes.
