Job summary

TripleTen is seeking an Onboarding Specialist for our Latin America team to guide new students from payment to first sprint, keep them motivated, answer concerns, and remove blockers. This is not a sales role, but it requires a salesperson's touch to handle objections and secure the next step.

Role is 100% remote, full-time, with a base of 600 USD gross per month plus a KPI-based monthly bonus. Shifts are 5/2 with rotating weekend coverage; experience with HubSpot and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, retention, account management or customer service with a commercial component, in B2C (education, fintech, subscriptions or similar).
• Ability to handle objections calmly and persuade customers to stay or buy.
• Fluent Spanish and English at B1 level or above.

Responsibilities

• Contact every new student within agreed timeframes and run welcome calls to ensure payment, access and tools are ready before start.
• Understand each student's goals and connect the program to motivate them and clarify first steps.
• Handle doubts, objections and early cancellation requests and offer alternatives to continue.
• Follow up with students who go silent or face blockers in the first days.
• Record interactions and outcomes in HubSpot and share learnings with the team.
