Blossom is a U.S.-based fintech company seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. This role focuses on strengthening the accounting function, speed of close, and accurate financial reporting across Sage Intacct and Bill.com.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience, solid U.S. GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work remotely with cross-border teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; experience with AP automation is a plus.

Formación

• 2–4 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with Sage Intacct required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships with timely payments.
• Perform regular cash reconciliations to support cash forecasting.
• Assist in month-end close and post journal entries per U.S. GAAP.
• Support standardization of reporting within Sage Intacct.
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and reduce manual work.
