Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech company, is seeking a Technical Lead to guide the technical direction of projects and build scalable, reliable solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

As a fully remote role, you will mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with product teams to deliver robust backend services for credit unions.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
• Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and scalable backend applications.
• Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong mentoring and technical decision‑making skills.
• B2+ English level.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
