Blossom seeks a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team, leading technology projects for Credit Union clients.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones and client satisfaction while working with US-based clients remotely.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field as stated.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software/SaaS.
• Strong client-facing experience in fintech or technology.
• Experience with implementations or implementation projects.
• Excellent English communication in client-facing environments.
• Proven organization, planning and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple topics and meet deadlines.
• Ownership and accountability throughout project processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Zoho or similar tools.
• Knowledge of IT processes and software development environments.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• English level C1 – Advanced.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients, coordinating teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software, SaaS, or technology environments.
• Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
• Previous experience in Fintech and working directly with U.S.-based clients.
• Experience managing implementations or implementation projects.
• Strong English communication skills, especially in client-facing environments.
