Blossom, a U.S.-based fintech company, seeks a Project Manager to join the Support & Implementations team and lead technology projects for Credit Union clients. You will coordinate teams, stakeholders, and vendors from planning through delivery.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in PM, strong English, and experience with Jira/Confluence/Zoho. 100% remote work and direct collaboration with U.S.-based clients are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field in business, systems, industrial engineering or project management.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in software/SaaS/tech environments.
• Solid experience in customer service and client-facing roles.
• Experience with Fintech and US-based clients is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology projects for Credit Union clients from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Ensure projects meet deadlines, scope and quality standards.
