Cisco is recruiting a Solutions Engineer - Splunk for a remote role in Colombia. You will partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, design architectures, and validate solutions across enterprise accounts. Expect engaging demos, PoCs, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and ROI.

The role requires 4+ years in technical pre-sales or related fields, plus fluency in English and Spanish, with experience in networking, cybersecurity, cloud, or observability data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or technical consulting (or Master's degree plus 3 years / PhD).
• Minimum 3 years of experience translating customer business requirements into technical architectures within enterprise IT environments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience building and delivering live software demonstrations, proof-of-concept tests, or customer technical evaluations.
• Professional experience supporting enterprise networking, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or observability/data analytics solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline (or equivalent practical professional experience).

Responsabilités

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, and architectural validation across enterprise accounts with Account Executives.
• Deliver engaging technical presentations, whiteboard sessions, and PoC demonstrations to show ROI.
• Collaborate with product specialists, channel partners, and engineering teams for feedback and account expansion.
