Yuno is hiring a Forward Deploy Engineer to join our Commercial team in Latin America. You will bridge technical architecture and commercial goals, digging into REST APIs, SDKs, and payment orchestration to help prospects understand why our stack fits their business needs.

You will deliver tailored demonstrations, build integrations, and craft technical responses throughout the sales cycle, influencing product decisions with field feedback.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar technical role within payments or fintech.
• Proficient with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL).
• Able to read API documentation and build sample integrations.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations.
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments based on each client's tech stack.
• Respond to technical queries during the sales process covering API architecture, authentication, webhooks, and data flows.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections to accelerate evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay field feedback on API design and developer experience.
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation during the sales cycle.
• Troubleshoot integration issues in real-time during evaluations, diagnosing API calls, webhooks, and payment flows.
• Communicate complex payment orchestration concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify patterns in prospects' objections to surface insights for selling and product improvements.
