• Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams with hiring and performance management
• Strong ability to drive technical decisions in a fast-moving environment
• Experience in payments companies or PSP integrations and related architectures

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Integrations team and own technical direction for APIs and payment flows
• Contribute hands-on to development, architecture decisions, and code reviews
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, well-documented solutions for enterprise merchants
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Payments teams to align platform and merchant needs
• Drive engineering best practices in API design, testing, and performance
• Mentor engineers with technical guidance and architectural direction
• Support and develop the team to scale in a global environment
