Yuno is seeking a deeply technical Forward Deploy Engineer to join our Commercial team and work across API, SDKs, and payment orchestration to help prospects understand our technology and its business value.

This role sits at the intersection of technical architecture and commerce, engaging with customers in Brazil and across LATAM. You will transform complex architecture into compelling demonstrations while aligning with product and engineering for roadmap input.

Formación

• Advanced English & Spanish required.
• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in payments/fintech.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API testing tools (Postman, cURL).
• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar language to build sample integrations.
• Understanding of payment industry protocols and security standards (PCI DSS, tokenization, 3DS, encryption).
• Familiarity with SQL and reading logs/traces to troubleshoot integration issues.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Track record of delivering successful technical product demonstrations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the sales team to understand customer's technical requirements and deliver tailored, code-level product demonstrations.
• Design and execute custom API integrations and proof-of-concept environments for client tech stacks.
• Respond to technical queries during the sales process — API architecture, authentication, webhooks, data flows.
• Build and maintain sandbox environments, sample code, and Postman collections for evaluations.
• Relay field feedback to Product and Engineering to influence API design and developer experience.
• Lead and contribute to RFP/RFI responses and all technical documentation during the sales cycle.
• Troubleshoot integration issues during evaluations, diagnosing API call and webhook errors.
• Communicate complex payment orchestration concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Identify patterns in objections to surface insights for selling and product improvements.
