Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in relevant roles.
• 1+ year leading and managing development teams.
• Experience embedding AI agents into operational business workflows.
• Advanced Jira Service Management (architecture & configuration) skills.
• Solid Configuration as Code experience and automated deployment pipelines.
• Hands-on Gen AI development and prompt engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Construct, configure, and embed AI agents within customer workflows to drive automation and simplify legal processes.
• Architect and tailor Jira Service Management solutions for complex legal organizations.
• Apply Configuration as Code methodologies and automate deployment pipelines for repeatable releases.
• Bring Legal CLM domain knowledge to tooling that delivers tangible business value.
