BairesDev is seeking a Solidity Developer to architect and deploy secure, high‑performance on‑chain systems and DApps. You will work remotely on blockchain projects for top clients and collaborate across teams to ensure security and scalability.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in software engineering with blockchain/Web3 focus, strong Solidity or Rust skills, and hands‑on ERC standard experience. English proficiency is required for global collaboration and delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on blockchain or Web3 development.
• Proven expertise in developing smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
• Proficiency with Ethereum or Cosmos SDK and understanding of on‑chain systems.
• Hands‑on experience implementing ERC standards such as 20, 721, and 3643.
• Deep understanding of Web3 libraries and their integration into decentralized applications.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and maintain secure smart contracts across various blockchain ecosystems.
• Design and implement decentralized applications (DApps) and high‑throughput RPC services.
• Develop and integrate tokenization services and ERC standards to support digital asset management.
• Establish end‑to‑end interoperability by integrating Web3 APIs with decentralized execution environments.
• Collaborate on system architecture to ensure optimal performance and security of DeFi protocols and marketplaces.
• Perform technical reviews and contribute to the deployment of production‑ready on‑chain infrastructure.
