Bluelight in Medellín seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead software development initiatives for demanding clients. You will own scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor coordination across multiple concurrent streams, ensuring on‑time delivery and quality.

You should have 5+ years managing software projects, experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban, stakeholder management, and nearshore US-LATAM delivery. A Bachelor's degree and PMP/CSM/PSM are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management experience in software development.
• Experience delivering against fixed external deadlines with risk management.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and vendor dependencies.
