Sezzle is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join our remote team in Colombia. You will help build and maintain backend and frontend services, write clean code, review peers' work, and collaborate to implement new features across Sezzle's platform.

You will gain hands-on experience with our tech stack and participate in code reviews while contributing to performance tuning, debugging, and scalable solutions. This internship offers mentorship and real-world fintech exposure.

Competenze

• Experience with Golang, Python, or any backend language.
• Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript and React.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools.

Mansioni

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
• Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle's platform.
• Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base.
