Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to grow the online presence for a U.S.-focused personal injury law firm and its lead attorney. You will craft engaging content, edit short-form videos, and post consistently across major platforms while maintaining brand alignment and cultural relevance.

You will collaborate closely with the attorney to turn raw photos and updates into high-performing social posts, ensuring authentic and timely messaging for a U.S. audience.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years managing social media accounts for US-based companies.
• Proficient in modern video editing software for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva).
• Deep understanding of publishing dynamics on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.
• Experience marketing for law firms or similar local services is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, self-directed with ability to identify risks and propose solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
• Draft engaging, context-appropriate copy for target audiences.
• Schedule and post across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Manage cross-platform distribution for firm and lead attorney's personal pages.
• Monitor comments and messages to drive light engagement.
• Maintain top-of-mind awareness for the attorney's personal and professional audience.
• Adapt messaging to be natural, authentic, and culturally relevant to a U.S. audience.
• Collaborate with the lead attorney to turn photos and updates into high-performing posts.
