Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a Senior Web & SEO Manager to own and grow the client’s organic presence. You will lead technical and execution work for SEO, manage a WordPress site end-to-end, and drive local rankings for a US-focused law firm.

The role requires proven SEO results, strong WordPress, and a strategic mindset for content and local visibility. This is a fully remote position with EST hours and global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SEO and Web Development experience for U.S. Companies or Law Firms.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating WordPress websites.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with a track record of moving rankings and traffic.
• Experience optimizing content for AI discovery, generative tools, and LLM-driven search.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Experience in marketing for law firms or competitive local services is preferred.
• Proactive, self-directed with ability to identify risks and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and own the overarching organic search strategy and roadmap to drive traffic and high-intent leads.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, fix errors, improve load speed, crawlability, and implement schema markup.
• Manage and update the WordPress site to maintain technical health and user experience.
• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value terms and gaps.
• Plan and deploy SEO-driven content with on-page optimization.

About the role:

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Senior Web & SEO Manager to manage and grow our client’s online presence. In this role, you will report directly to the leadership team and serve as the main technical and execution pillar for search engine optimization (SEO) and web management.

The ideal candidate will know how to manage a WordPress site end-to-end, optimize local rankings, monitor performance, and increase web traffic.
US law firm experience is preferred.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop, execute, and own the overarching organic search strategy and tactical roadmap to drive organic traffic, rankings, and high-intent lead conversion across new and competitive practice areas.

• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve site errors, optimize page load speed, fix crawlability/indexability issues, and implement structured schema markup.

• Manage, maintain, and update the firm’s WordPress website on an ongoing basis to ensure technical health, optimal performance, visual integrity, and seamless user experience.

• Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value search terms and content gaps within the legal sector.

• Plan and deploy SEO-driven web content, ensuring proper on-page optimization.

• Own and optimize the firm’s GBP and local citations to maximize local search footprint and dominate local map pack rankings.

• Lead a weekly sync with leadership to present clear reporting on strategy and implementation.

Who are we looking for?
