Job summary

Higher Options is seeking a Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Content Specialist to handle content creation, social media management, video editing, and lead generation for a U.S.-based client in construction.

The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and hands-on, capable of creating engaging content, managing paid and organic channels, and turning online engagement into qualified sales leads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, advertising, and/or lead generation.
• Experience creating social media content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, with short-form video editing.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with paid campaigns via Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram ads, Google Ads, and Google Business Profile.
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics and adjust campaigns; experience with CRM and lead-management.
• Experience managing content calendars and a strong eye for design and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple campaigns.
• Strongly preferred: construction/home improvement industry marketing experience.
• Strongly preferred: B2C and B2B marketing experience (homeowners, contractors, developers, property managers).
• Nice to have: Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and publish social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
• Manage social accounts: post and schedule content, maintain the content calendar, monitor comments and inquiries to direct prospects into the sales process.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, ad copy, email content, and landing-page copy in English and Spanish, and repurpose existing content.
• Develop and run paid and organic campaigns that generate customer inquiries and qualified leads, defining target audiences and geographic focus.
• Tailor strategies to the construction industry buying cycles and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and prepare periodic reports with improvements.
• Research competitors, trends, and new lead-gen channels; test new strategies.
• Coordinate with designers, clients, and sales to deliver content on time and route leads through the funnel.
• Support other marketing, advertising, and sales-support activities as needed.
