Job summary

Bionic Talent is seeking a proactive Social Media & Content Manager for a US personal injury law firm, fully remote. You will craft engaging posts, edit short-form videos, and grow the firm’s online presence while aligning with the lead attorney's personal brand.

You will publish content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, engage with comments, and tailor messaging to American audiences. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years managing social media for US-based companies.
• Proficient with CapCa t, Premiere Pro, Canva for short-form video.
• Strong understanding of publishing dynamics across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Experience marketing for law firms or competitive local services preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw video footage into polished reels, TikToks, Shorts, and feed videos.
• Curate and draft engaging copy tailored to target audiences.
• Schedule and post content across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Manage cross-platform distribution for the firm and lead attorney accounts.
• Monitor comments and messages to foster audience engagement.
• Maintain top-of-mind awareness for the attorney's network and audience.
• Adapt messaging to feel natural, authentic, and culturally relevant to a U.S. audience.
• Work with the lead attorney to turn raw photos and updates into high-performing posts.
