Coupa is seeking a seasoned functional consultant to support presales and service scoping for Spend Management and P2I deployments. You will translate customer needs into scalable proposals, collaborate with Services Sales, and help ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to project delivery.

Responsibilities include designing health assessments, mapping processes to software solutions, and contributing to standardized service offerings and early-stage product capabilities.

Formación

• 5–8 years of Spend Management or P2P/P2I domain consulting.
• Experience with software implementation and presales/scoping activities.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end Procure-to-Invoice lifecycle and mapping to software solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a functional resource across the P2I domain, supporting presales efforts and service scoping discussions to secure professional services SOWs.
• Conduct customer design health assessments to identify inefficiencies and propose optimization across procurement and invoicing processes
• Partner with Services Sales to scope functional services requests and translate delivery needs into clear proposals and product configurations
• Support the transition from Sales to Services ensuring continuity from presales to project delivery
• Collaborate with product management to share feedback and advocate for product improvements
• Assist in authoring and updating standardized services offerings aligned to product capabilities
• Support scoping and design of early services for new product capabilities with product teams
• Maintain proposal templates, knowledge repositories, and scoping tools to scale presales activities across the team
