Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Puerto Rico is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Telecom Expense Management to oversee and optimize telecom expenses across the RTX enterprise network. You will collaborate with provisioning teams, vendors, and IT Finance to ensure accurate expense management and cost controls.

Role requires 2+ years in DEM with Excel and SAP, and a solid financial mindset. Remote work is offered with on-site travel as needed.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Excel and/or Office databases.
• At least 2 years of Telecom Expenses Management and financials experience.
• At least 2 years of SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of DEM financial results and monthly reporting.
• Coordinate monthly expense variances and accruals.
• Identify anomalies and opportunities to reduce costs.
• Maintain DEM AOP for managed expenses with budget owners.
• Collaborate with DEM provider, RTX Finance and vendors to resolve billing issues.
• Adhere to DEM standards and manage day-to-day project work.
