Job summary

RTX is seeking a Manager, Sourcing & Procurement Operations to lead a team executing RFX activities and support commodity management across the organization. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on process quality and delivery.

You will guide a team, ensure consistent processes, and collaborate with sourcing, engineering, and finance to drive cost-reduction opportunities. The role is remote, with required travel to Puerto Rico sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience in supply chain or procurement.
• Experience executing RFX processes or competitive bidding.
• People leadership experience managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team responsible for end-to-end RFX execution and ensure timely, compliant activities.
• Oversee project intake, scoping, documentation, supplier communication, evaluation, and award support.
• Contribute to RFX project execution as needed as a working leader.
