Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience managing moderately complex assignments autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end RFX activities (RFI, RFQ, RFP) including intake, scoping, and award recommendation.
• Manage moderately complex RFX projects independently.
• Analyze supplier proposals, cost structures, and technical responses.
• Apply templates, workflows, and governance to ensure consistency.
• Recommend minor enhancements to RFX documentation or processes.
• Develop and maintain data for reporting on cycle times, quality metrics, and outcomes.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between sourcing, engineering, finance, and suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows or improve outputs.
