Job summary

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact to the customer for timely resolution of concerns for assigned region, product, or coverage area.
• Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support.
• Direct people management including staffing and performance development.
• Apply in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to policy/strategy.
• Lead small projects with low risk and guide team consensus on topics.
