Plan A Technologies is seeking a skilled Senior Python Developer to build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will design distributed services with asynchronous processing and reliable data workflows, leveraging cloud storage and event-driven architectures to ensure efficiency and resilience.

The role focuses on production-ready code, solving complex engineering challenges, and shaping production systems at scale in a global tech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python experience.
• 3+ years of Go experience.
• Hands-on with S3 or similar object storage.
• Experience with asynchronous processing (Celery, Kafka).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment pipelines.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Go.
• Build and manage asynchronous task processing systems (Celery or alternatives like Kafka).
• Integrate and manage cloud storage solutions (e.g., S3).
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems.
