Command|Link is a global SaaS platform providing network, voice services, and IT security solutions. Command|Link is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own large backend systems used by Fortune 1000 companies, primarily in Go and Python across services, APIs, and data pipelines.

This senior IC role emphasizes design ownership, reliability, and long-term health of platform components, with mentorship and cross-team collaboration essential to success.

Formación

• Significant professional experience building and operating production backend systems.
• Mastery of Go and Python with a deep understanding of large codebases and services.
• Experience designing distributed systems and APIs with attention to data modeling and failure modes.

Responsabilidades

• Own large components, services, or projects end to end, coordinating across teams when needed.
• Design solutions for high-availability and long-term maintainability.
• Build backend services in Go and tooling in Python, including APIs and event pipelines.
• Lead production incident response, post-mortems and long-term fixes.
• Mentor other engineers and drive technical design discussions.
