Atmosera is seeking a Senior Identity Security Engineer to lead the design, security, and modernization of the identity platform across Active Directory, Entra ID, and cloud services.

You will strengthen governance, reduce legacy risks, and support Zero Trust initiatives in hybrid environments, collaborating with infra and security teams. This contractor role offers remote work with occasional client-site travel.

Formación

• 5+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Strong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Hybrid Identity, Conditional Access, and PIM expertise.
• Experience with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM).
• PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Identity governance and privileged access controls experience.
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and Microsoft security best practices.
• Microsoft Certifications (SC-300, SC-200, AZ-500, SC-100) and CISSP or equivalent.
• Experience with Purview, CyberArk, SailPoint, or Okta; enterprise security/compliance.
• Contractor role with remote work and client-site travel.

Responsabilidades

• Design, secure, and optimize hybrid Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Assess and remediate identity security risks, privileged access issues, and authentication vulnerabilities.
• Lead modernization initiatives with NTLM, Kerberos, CA, SAML, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Implement and support identity governance: Joiner-Mover-Leaver, entitlement management, access reviews.
• Configure and integrate Defender for Identity, Sentinel, and Identity Protection.
• Develop identity security standards, roadmaps, and technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to improve identity architecture.
• Support audits, compliance initiatives, and security assessments.
