EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Network Security Consultant to join our team. You will architect and deliver secure network infrastructures, incorporating firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologies, across global environments.

You will work with cross-functional teams to establish IAM/NAC policies, Zscaler (ZPA/ZIA) access, and SIEM-driven security postures. Five+ years of network security with leadership experience are required, with opportunities on international

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant network security experience with strong network security fundamentals.
• At least 1 year of experience leading and managing development teams.
• Hands-on with Cisco and Palo Alto networks platforms, including firewalls, NAT, VPNs and policy management.
• Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and ZIA administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid networking background: TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, WAN, and LAN environments.
• Experience with IDS/IPS, SIEM tools, log analysis and incident response.
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher).

Responsabilidades

• Architect and deploy secure network infrastructures with firewalls, IDS/IPS, and encryption technologies.
• Roll out ZTNA-aligned security policies and NAC controls.
• Maintain compliance with security regulations and support audits.
• Perform routine security evaluations, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for enterprise networking technologies (routing, switching, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, WAN).
• Follow governance standards and project delivery frameworks to achieve objectives.
