EXL is seeking a Senior Identity and Security Operations professional to design, implement, and manage security and identity platforms, as well as provisioning and security management solutions as we advance toward a Zero Trust model.

You will work with application owners and business users to enforce security standards, provide SME guidance, and help protect customers while enabling the business to deliver sound experiences globally.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in at least 3 IAM/security areas.
• Familiarity with cross-domain identity management (SCIM).
• Experience with Okta Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, or OIDC APIs.
• Understanding of RBAC, PAM, and privileged account management.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust concepts and cloud identity platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and administer identity and security operations platforms (e.g. Okta, AD, Azure, AWS IAM).
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Identity and Security Operations issues.
• Develop policies and procedures for Identity and Security systems.
• SME for SSO, SAML, and SCIM for business owners.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to defend the enterprise.
