BairesDev is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities in an AI-augmented environment. You will work with internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling to drive features in manufacturing workflows, operating with strong autonomy in a fast-paced setting.

Expect 5+ years of software experience, DRF and React proficiency, PostgreSQL and AWS knowledge, plus excellent English. 100% remote work and competitive USD compensation are offered.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Django REST Framework (DRF).
• Hands-on experience with React.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and AWS.
• Background with Claude Code or AI-assisted development.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver end-to-end full-stack capabilities across backend and frontend.
• Use internal MCP servers and Claude Code tooling as part of the development workflow.
• Understand and apply manufacturing workflow context to feature design and implementation.
• Push projects forward autonomously with minimal supervision.
