Room4 Media seeks a Colombia-based Senior B2B Content Strategist for remote, project-based work. You will audit a company’s digital presence, craft roadmaps, and define the story your buyers will act on, directing the distribution plan across channels for Europe and Latin America.

You will participate in strategic meetings, own the messaging and briefs, and collaborate with our in-house production team. This role is strategic and can lead to a full-time position based on project results.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in B2B content strategy, digital strategy, or communications.
• Storyteller who turns complex subjects into clear stories.
• Writes creative briefs for production teams without back-and-forth questions.
• Has run digital audits and turned findings into roadmaps.
• Experience with complex products with long sales cycles.
• Understands B2B buyer behavior and decision-making.
• Plans distribution across paid ads, PR, owned channels, SEO/AEO.
• Writes strategy, messaging, and briefs in professional English and Spanish.
• Measures results by pipeline influence and cost per qualified lead.
• Defends recommendations with evidence in senior meetings.

Responsabilités

• Run digital audits for clients and prospects: website, content, search and AI visibility, social channels, and competitors.
• Turn audit findings into prioritized roadmaps with phases, timelines, and budgets.
• Research each client’s buyers: roles, problems, objections, and how they consume content during the purchase.
• Build the core story and messaging for each client and audience.
• Write the creative briefs our production team works from: concept, story, audience, message, formats, and deliverables.
• Plan distribution for each campaign across paid ads, PR, and the client’s own channels, with budget split, timing, and targets for each.
• Write the strategy sections of proposals and public tenders with senior leadership.
• Set metrics, review results, and present your recommendations in strategic meetings with leadership and clients.
