Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering impact beyond a single team.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture for Caseware’s AI platform across teams.
• Design, build, and operate AI systems powered by LLMs and agents.
• Establish governance, auditability, and traceability frameworks for measurable AI.
• Translate AI advances into practical platform capabilities to solve real problems.
• Lead architecture reviews and RFCs, guiding design discussions and collaboration.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, models, and cloud capabilities.
• Drive reliability, observability, monitoring, and incident response practices.
• Mentor engineers to raise overall engineering maturity.
