Job summary

Safeguard Global is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and optimize Service Cloud, collaborate with the Senior Administrator, and translate business needs into scalable configurations. The role requires 3–5 years of Salesforce experience and strong English communication for a global, remote-first environment.

You will work closely with operations to implement enhancements, manage user access, and ensure data quality while supporting AI capabilities like Agentforce and Einstein AI

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience working with Salesforce
• Experience supporting Salesforce Service Cloud environments
• Professional/Advanced fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of day to day workings in AWS Telephony platform for inbound and outbound contact handling
• Working knowledge of MuleSoft integration capabilities, connectors, APIs, authentication, data mapping, and flow monitoring
• Exposure to Salesforce Flow or automation tools is preferred
• Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities such as Agentforce or Einstein AI

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of Salesforce Service Cloud
• Collaborate with Senior Salesforce Administrator on enhancements and improvements
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and automation flows
• Assist with user management including accounts, permissions, and RBAC
• Provide frontline support for Salesforce users and troubleshoot issues
• Document configurations and user guides for internal knowledge sharing
• Support MuleSoft integrations and data exchanges with Jira and Workday
• Monitor data quality and assist in data governance practices
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of Salesforce updates
• Configure and monitor AI-powered capabilities like Agentforce or Einstein AI
