Integrated Media Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next Project Manager to lead marketing automation implementations and migrations for our clients. In this role, you will own the client relationship, guide solution design, and manage scope across a portfolio of projects.

The position is remote across Latin America, with hands-on configuration when required and close collaboration with technical teams to deliver practical, high-impact solutions.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in a dedicated project management role focused on Salesforce implementations.
• Direct, hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next.
• Strong functional understanding of Marketing Cloud Next: audience segmentation, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer journeys.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Data 360, including customer data management, segmentation, and data activation.
• Ability to lead functional solution design and perform hands-on Marketing Cloud Next configuration when needed.
• Experience managing marketing automation implementations and migrations from Salesforce Marketing Cloud products or third-party platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next implementations and migrations; be the primary client contact.
• Guide clients on best practices and lead functional solution design discussions.
• Build and manage project plans, milestones, and timelines for 10–20 open projects.
• Review statements of work and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; flag out-of-scope requests.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture business requirements and translate into functional specs.
• Guide on configuration for audience segmentation, campaign setup, and customer journeys, with technical teams as needed.
• Oversee Data 360 and integration planning; coordinate data dependencies and resolutions.
• Manage migrations from existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud products and other platforms.
• Coordinate testing, training, and go-live to ensure client adoption.
