VML Colombia, a global creative company, seeks a CRM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize CRM integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will drive audience segmentation, customer journeys, and multichannel campaigns to boost conversions and customer lifetime value.

You will work closely with marketing, technology, and data teams in a hybrid Bogotá-based role, contributing to data-driven decision making and scalable CRM solutions.

Formación

• 3+ years implementing and managing CRM integrated with marketing automation.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its core tools.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and optimize CRM integrations with SFMC.
• Configure audience segmentation and activation in SFMC.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys and automated campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, tech, and data teams to align CRM with business goals.
• Ensure data quality, freshness, and traceability of customer data.
