OpsArmy is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Developer for a full-time, remote role in the Eastern Time zone. The candidate will support CPQ and Revenue Cloud, manage data quality, and drive CRM process improvements.

The role involves configuring Salesforce objects, fields, and workflows, building dashboards, and documenting processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue data.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Salesforce expertise is required.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ is required.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud is required.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, including objects, reporting, data management, and data hygiene.
• Experience configuring and supporting Salesforce CRM processes and workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with large datasets.
• Ability to follow structured processes and document workflows clearly.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit, maintain, and clean Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, and opportunities.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and related CRM features.
• Support CPQ and Revenue Cloud functionality for quoting, pricing, and revenue processes.
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards and operational reports.
• Document CRM processes and configurations; create SOPs.
• Promote data integrity and CRM best practices.
• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and propose practical solutions.
