Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead a team of approximately 25 Salesforce engineers, focusing on Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), and DevOps automation through Gearset. This role drives architecture, integration, and secure, scalable implementations aligned with enterprise goals.

Collaborate with engineering leadership, product owners, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable Salesforce releases using Agile methods and Jira tracking.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years in a technical architect or lead capacity.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience with Gearset pipelines, CI/CD, automated testing, and deployments.
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments using Jira.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.
• Experience providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews across Salesforce teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture review board and development of Salesforce solutions.
• Architect and build scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions (CPQ, RCA, DevOps).
• Oversee deployments ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Define end-to-end architecture and integration strategies for Salesforce environments.
• Provide technical direction and code reviews for ~25 engineers.
• Govern Gearset pipelines for CI/CD and automated testing across environments.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and QA to deliver releases using Agile methodologies.
