Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect, Salesforce to lead a team of ~25 engineers and own the architecture of Salesforce solutions, with emphasis on CPQ, RCA, and DevOps automation via Gearset.

You will collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing implementations, guiding engineering standards and best practices across the Salesforce landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in architect/lead roles.
• Expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, LWC, SOQL and APIs.
• Proven leadership, architecture guidance, and Jira/Agile collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture review board and guide Salesforce solutions.
• Architect scalable Salesforce systems including CPQ and RCA.
• Oversee Gearset CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Provide technical direction and code review for ~25 engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers and QA to deliver releases.
• Analyze performance and drive RCA and improvements.
