Vayu is seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist with strong technical capabilities and a background in finance/ag bookkeeping to join the Customer Success / Operations team. You will guide new customers through implementation, configure their billing workflows, and provide ongoing support to ensure a smooth, scalable setup remotely in EST.

In this role you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure customers experience a reliable setup and accurate data

Formación

• 2+ years of technical support experience, preferably SaaS or accounting firms.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-launch contact for customers with technical or operational issues.
• Understand customers pricing, billing, and revenue models to configure Vayu accordingly.
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and coordinate with Product/Engineering when needed.
• Collaborate with CS to translate business requirements into technical configurations and validate migrations/integrations.
• Maintain detailed logs of support cases, resolutions, and common pain points.
