Formación
- 5+ years of experience in Robotics Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in technical team leadership, people management, and mentoring.
- Strong hands-on experience with C/C++ programming.
- Solid background in robotics and motion planning.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
Responsabilidades
- Provide strong technical leadership and architectural direction for complex robotics software development projects.
- Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a highly skilled team of engineers.
- Align project deliverables with business objectives and coordinate closely with key stakeholders.
- Define clear requirements, map out engineering milestones, and track execution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Guide the team in implementing robust, efficient code for motion planning and hardware coordination.
