BairesDev is seeking a Robot Reliability Engineer to support and debug real-time vehicle systems, ensuring robust performance and reliability. You will design tools and infrastructure to diagnose hardware-software issues at scale, and collaborate with engineers to improve system design for production stability.

The role requires hands-on experience with Linux, real-time debugging, 3D visualization, and test benches, with strong English communication.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Robotics, or Embedded Systems.
• Proven expertise in supporting and debugging real-time vehicle systems and Linux environments.
• Strong ability to build tools and infrastructure to diagnose and resolve hardware–software issues at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Support and debug real-time vehicle systems to ensure high operational availability and performance.
• Build and maintain diagnostic tools and infrastructure to identify and resolve system issues at scale.
• Design and execute reliability experiments and tests using physical test benches and 3D visualization tools.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system design and prevent recurring failures in production.
• Perform deep-dive root cause analysis on complex system failures involving Linux and real-time environments.
• Develop automated monitoring and recovery solutions to minimize downtime for robotic fleets.
